Real Estate Associate Investment amp Advisory required for an Investment Banking client in Qatar tosupport thebusiness lineDirectoron development of client pitches transaction structuring financial analysis and execution across one or more product lines. The Real Estate Associate Investment amp Advisory will be involved in research detailed modelling analytics and valuations for review by more senior staff. They may have some exposure to clients as part of deal team contact. The Real Estate Associate Investment amp Advisoryassists the Head in executing transaction deal opportunities that are aligned with the Bank39s strategic goals. Monitors all REIA initiatives across the bank and supports the execution private equity investment and or advisory teams. Manages current principal Real Estate assets and to a limited extent develops relationships with other institutions. Is involved as the case may be with the strategic partnerships formed with outside institutions and may serve as a contact point for them.

Who we39re looking for

Real Estate Associate Investment amp Advisory required for an Investment Banking client in Qatar will have

bull Bachelor39s Degree in Finance Economics or other related field

bull Advanced degree CFA or other professional market experience is desired

bull Circa 34 years experience in a real estate investment andor advisory capacity
