Reporting into the Director Manufacturing Specialty Chemicals you will be responsible for managing the entire Industrial Adhesives site in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. You will manage the Production Maintenance Warehousing Quality Assurance Sales Support and Product Development functions in close liaison with the plant support departments such as Finance and Sales.



You will also be responsible for the following

Ensure the production goals are consistently met.

Develop and prepare the manufacturing budgets and ensure they are properly executed.

Manage the maintenance function and ensure all the maintenance plans are efficient.

Manage Capex projects assignments

Develop and enforce QHSE policies and procedures.

Regularly look at continuous improvement techniques to improve production processes and to cut costs.

Ensure the factory is running efficiently by closely monitoring inventory and waste management.

Control the quality of all finished products with a zero tolerance for substandard quality.

Who we39re looking for

The successful candidate must hold an Industrial Management or Engineering university degree with a minimum of 10 years of work experience within the industrial adhesives manufacturing industry. Preference will go to candidates who carries a Certified in Production and Inventory Management CPIM credential from the Association for Operations Management APICS. It is crucial that the successful candidate understands the adhesives manufacturing process.
