Astute Education specialise in recruiting contracted and permanent staff to Nurseries Primary Middle Secondary Further amp Higher Education establishments around the world. One of our clients in the United Arab Emirates an established Vocational Education Development Centre is looking to appoint Personal Development Instructors to start in MidAugust 2014 as the centres roll out a new project.

The role will involve

• To instruct administrate and coordinate the delivery of the Leadership and Military training curriculum and take responsibility for the continuous personal development of VEDC students.


• The delivery of the curriculum will be in a studentcentred manner and in accordance with the VEDC curriculum strategy and the GHQ Common Military Syllabus Recruit programme


• To carry out student 39command and controlacirc128153 duties and supervise student behaviour where required and appropriate.

  • Ex Western Armed Forces regular Junior or Senior Noncommissioned Officer with a minimum 6 years regular ArmyMarine service
  
  
  • Passed SCBC or equivalent promotional course with Skill at Arms Instruction
  
  
  • Experiencedfamiliar with the development and implementation of training programmes
  
  
  • Minimum Secondary School qualified

      The United Arab Emirates UAE is a federation of seven states formed in 1971 by the then Trucial States after independence from Britain. The country is located in the southeast end of the Arabian Peninsula on the Persian Gulf bordering Oman to the east and Saudi Arabia to the east and Saudi Arabia to the south as well as sharing sea borders with Qatar Iran and Pakistan.
