Genesis Associates has been commissioned to recruit a Maintenance Manager to be located in the UAE. Our client are a globally respected owner and developer of major power plants across the world and have several power plant assets across the Southern Gulf region.



We require an engineer with a strong background in the Maintenance of major CCGT power plants ideally with prior experience in the Middle East. You will have 15 years experience specifically in the maintenance of Combined Cycle Power Plants and over 3 years as Maintenance Manager on a plant over 600MW.



An essential requirement of the position is the planning of plant outage and maintenance budget management LTSA with turbine suppliers and meeting with senior stakeholders. You will have demonstrated this experience in your most recent position.



A degree qualification in an engineering discipline is essential due to visa requirements.



Due to a change in organisation structure we require a candidate to be available as soon as possible. Initial interviews will be via telephone or Skype although face to face interviews will be required in Dubai during the final selection phase.
