Brief Posting Description

We are currently recruiting for an HSE Advisor on a permanent basis located at our EthosEnergy office in Abu Dhabi UAE. The successful candidate will support the HSE performance improvementimplementation and subsequently maintain the aspects and tools used in theprocesses across the EthosEnergy business units in the Middle East region.

Detailed Description

? Create and update the documentation for the HSE management system at different levels and generate monthly HSE reports

? Carry out periodic OHampS risk assessments and environmental impact analysis with accompanying recommendations if any action is required

? Implement business unit HSE management system compliance requirements in accordance with the businesses? requirements and industry standards OHSAS 18001 ISO 14001

? Support the HSE training program and monitor employees? training

? Daily HSE supervision around the facility and lead HSE toolbox meetings

? Manage HSE filing system and record controls

? Report and investigate incidents in line with the businesses policy and follow up with appropriate corrective or preventative planning and implementation

? Day to day coordination with respective line managers and operations team for effective management of HSE policies

? Provide responses based on root cause analysis for internal and external HSE issues and associated corrective action requests as directed by the Regional QHSE manager

? Carry out cross company internal HSE audits

Job Requirements

? NEBOSH certificate holder

? Hands on knowledge of implementing OHSAS 18001 amp ISO 14001 standards

? Knowledge of operational hazards and controls

? Ability to carry out risk assessments and provide improvement recommendations

? Demonstrable experience in executing and implementing HSE procedures

? Document control management experience

? Understand and act on the need to elevate HSE issues and concerns to management

? MS office proficient

? Ability to train people on HSE policies and procedures

? Diploma in operational hazards and controls is desirable
