Food And Beverages Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of multiple dining venues and supports the Ownercompany in the development and financial success of this business unit.
Duties Responsibilities
• Prepare annual budget forecast and business plan for the
outlets frees style standing
•Prepare implement and execute critical path for new FB
outlet openings
•Develop and implement FB policies and procedures
Develop implement and monitor a series of operational
metrics to measure the effectiveness of the department
across all functions
• Ensure the provision of reliable inventory cost control and
financial data
• Access local market competition as well as regional food and
beverage trends
• Manage Health Safety and Food Hygiene ensuring there is
strict compliance and follow up with the related departments
the conformity of the practices with requirements of the
Municipality and Ministry of Health
• Coordinate with Executive Chef in the development of menus
• Organize point of sales systems
• Recruit train motivate develop and evaluate staff
• Review audit and analyze monthly PL achieve financial and
operational objectives by anticipating requirements submitting
information for premises’ budget scheduling expenditures
analyzing variances managing quality and cost control
• Oversee FB marketing social media and establish branding
guidelines
Skills
Diploma Hospitality Food Service Management
Experie nce at least 5 years of Relevant Experience
Education
Bachelor Degree
