THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

• Class one Certificate of Competency Master or Chief Engineer ndash motor or equivalent.


• Jack upRigAsset Management preferable


• Offshore vessels essential


• Commercially astute


• Strong clientstakeholder management


• Project Management


• Ideally Chief Engineer or Master

  JOB DESCRIPTION
  

  
  

  
  
  • Supervise daily operational activities of all assigned vessels assitmonitor colleagues during their periods away from office.
  
  
  • Advise relevant management on vessel operations budgetary performance and any untoward incidents within the fleet.
  
  
  • Maintain regular contact with clients in order to develop good working relationships with client representatives who are involved in vessel operations.
  
  
  • Liaise with HSE to ensure all safety standards are met across the fleet and make sure adequate implementation of the companyrsquos quality safety and environmental policy are carried out on board vessels.
  
  
  • Knowledge of ISPS ISM Flag State and Classifications Society procedures and regulations
  
  
  • Proven track record in intermediate and special dry dockings ship repair mobilisation demobilisation of vessels and barges and new builds.
  
  
  • Strong Commercial awareness and ability to interact with and satisfy client requirements
  
  
  • Train and supervise the Operations team and provide general guidance to the team with day to day operational involvement.
  
  
  • Overseas all mobilisation activities reviews amp approves major refits dry docking ampmajor repairs.
