Develop the branch to deliver exceptional customer service and to excel in all key result areas through an open challenging and supportive environment.



By role modeling and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch presentation instill an environment where customer service is world class.



Take full responsibility for all performance results and branch operations ensuring effective utilization of resources and full compliance with company procedures policies.



Strive to achieve all company targets in sales and branch profit by monitoring local competitor activity and analyzing branch performance.



Lead and empower the branch team to achieve the company branch objectives ensuring clarity in communications and in performance expectations.



The Candidate



Well organised with good communication skills

High levels of adaptability and planning are essential.

You should be a team player with a strong retail background and have previous experience in retail management.



As a Branch Manager you are not only working in a friendly targeted environment you are the heart of the store ensuring that your staff are maximizing sales you get the opportunity to use your own initiative to achieve your own goals.

As the Manager you will set the standards for the store and help your staff to deliver excellent customer service whilst helping them to develop their own careers in retail.

In addition to the normal day to day duties like stock management and key performance indicators to meet you’ll also get to put into practice your own creative ideas in order to come up with new ways of being proactive and bringing extra revenue into the shop.

Skills

Good communication skills and selling skills

Must be good in planning and organization skills

Good presentation skills

Ability to managing and motivating a team

Must have good knowledge about Watches

Fluent in English and Arabic speaking is advantage

Must have good work experience in selling Luxury Brand Watches

Education

Bachelor of Commerce Business Management
