.Must have 5 years optimization experience and 3 years with Ericsson in telecommunication Monitor amp analyze the WCDMA Wide Band Code Division Multiple AccessHSDPA High Speed Data Packet Radio Network Statistics on daily basis. Achieve amp maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs Key Performance Indicators Accessibility Retainaibility Mobility amp Service Integrity. Responsible for reducing congestion and drops improving the IRAT Handover Soft Handover Location Update Paging Call Setup Success Rate Radio Resourse Connection amp Radio Access Bearer Establishement Succeess rate in hisher designated area for all Voice Video Packet amp High Speed issuing capacity requests whenever needed. Responsible for Inconsistencies Checks Packet Throughput Parameter changes amp Physical changes. Responsible for testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites. Good IT amp Computer knowledge where all tools are based on Unix Oracle amp Windows XP Discuss the Scrambling Code retunes requests with hisher team leader for hisher designated area. Responsible for the drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance of hisher area. Change the radio related parameters Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather productrelated information. Perform Radio Network Surveys ie visit possible sites in order to judge if they are suitable from a radio network point of view Hardware amp Location. Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization Features Trials amp Tuning. Help the customer to get more knowledge about Ericsson's products by holding seminars and presentations of new or enhanced products and functionality.
