Project Execution
1. PRIMARY PURPOSE
Reporting to Operation Manager and responsible for preparing and submitting competitive and comprehensive proposal as well as providing technical supports for the projects.
2. DUTIES amp RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical direction in execution of project.
Ensure flawless coordination between site works and technical specifications. Report on variations and progress schedules.
Review amp approve proposals technical written submittals workshop drawings and specifications.
Manage technical resources within budgeted cost lines and project schedule. Attend progress meetings discuss and suggest technical proposals.
Take part in the project management review and risk management review.
Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements.
Preparation of project proposals and technical submittals for tenders . method statements list of equipment organization chart and other required documentation.
Provide onsite engineering support amp technical direction to subcontractors. Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities.
Documenting project issuesconditions.
Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
المهارات
Minimum of 5 years experience in Construction industry.
Knowledge of computerized project planning scheduling management programs would be an advantage.
Strong analytical problem solving negotiation prioritization and organization skills.
Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office packages Primavera AutoCAD and Estimating software.
Good command of the English language verbal and written
Technical and practical comprehension of engineering procurement and construction functions and general business techniques.
Good knowledge of tendering methods and procedures is preferred
Excellent Leadership and Analytical skills.
GCC experience is a great advantage.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be an Engineering Graduate.
Post Graduation in construction will be preferred.
