  • Searching for candidates resumes in WorleyParsons Global Applicant Tracking System GATS third party websites local sources referrals professional job posts recruitment campaigns and internal connections.


    • Assisting the Senior HR Recruiter to maintain a common resume database


      • Vetting and shortlisting desirable candidates


        • Acquiring and organizing all relevant information about the staff within 24 hours of successful interviewing


          • Helping line managers complete recruitment requisitions and administrating the process including updating the Open positions list posting it in WorleyParsons Global Applicant Tracking System GATS.


            • Assisting line managers with arranging candidate interviews


              • Assisting the Senior HR recruiter in overseeing and managing all location recruitment requirements


                • Working with the local HR management to complete candidate files and follow up.


                  • Facilitating the new visa applications and transfer of sponsorship process for new staff


                    • Assisting the Senior HR Recruiter in staff mobilizations and the onboarding process


                      • Conduct reference checks


                        • Obtain current salary packages in order to gauge viability of candidates for a particular role.

                          • Ensuring all statutory legal issueslocal laws etc. and formal corporate requirements interview feedback forms reference checks etc. are fulfilled during the recruitment process


                            • Contribute to cost control in recruitment by adopting and recommending practices which minimise expenditure for the client without compromising results and allow continuous monitoring of cost.


                              • Participate in the development of recruitment guidelines consistent with other organization policies and procedures in consultation with Group HR Coordinator and the CampM Directors and BUGMs


                                • Assist the Senior HR Recruiter in managing the flow of communication between newpotential recruits and the relevant contacts within the organisation


                                  • Quality Assurance Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU etc


                                    • Safety Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU etc. Understand and follow OHampS procedures.

                                      Job Requirements

                                      Job Specific Knowledge


                                      • Experience using the Targeted Selection method of interviewing
                                        Industry Specific Experience


                                        • Previous engineering recruitment experience is preferable

                                        • 36 years of relevant experience
                                          Education Qualifications Accreditation Training


                                          • Bachelor's Degree
                                            HSE Capability


                                            • Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.

                                            • Demonstrate behavior and business practices commensurate with a culture of world's best health safety and environmental performance.

                                            • Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to


                                              1. personal wellbeing

                                              2. healthy and safe workplaces and activities and

                                              3. Continuously improve WorleyParsons health safety and environmental performance.


                                                • Identify and report work hazards and incidents.
                                                  IT Skills


                                                  • Proficient in MS Office applications Word Outlook and Excel
