Start Up Head NES Global Talent

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES



1.nbspnbspnbsp Prepare manpower strategies and plans including staffing levels mobilizationdemobilization plans and competency programs. Directs and controls the activities of Operations personnel in the start up phase.

2.nbsp Liaise with commissioning team heads and participate in all the activities to nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspensure effective pre commissioningcommissioningcompletionhandover and preparation for start up and operation of major activities.

3. Carry out prestart up reviews and risk assessment to mitigate inherent risks when starting new facilities.

4. Ensure process is in place for systems turn over hand over and acceptance and to receive commissioned facilities from PMT. To ensure that hand over dossiers include all documents such as punch list as built drawing vendor manuals etchellip

5. nbspProvide input as necessary to Mechanical completion packages commissioning plans and start up check list.

6. nbspExecute the start up plan and manage the start up team which mainly include pre gasin checks tightness ESD tests .emergency response test gas in start up performance test and punch list management.

7. nbspTransfer care custody and control of the started up facilities to the OPCO asset in charge team.

8. Support Qatargas Safety Health and Environment policies and programs and perform specific duties and responsibilities related to work scope per the Management systemnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp documentation policies procedures safety manual and other related documents.





Qualificationsnbspnbsp



onbspBachelor39s degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent handson experience.



nbsp

Knowledge andor Experiencenbspnbsp



middotnbsp10 years handson experience in multidiscipline operations and design including at least 5 years in a Lead position.



Technical and Business Skills middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp

Understanding and sensitivity to a multi cultural working environment and culture.



middotnbspGood organizational communication and supervisory skills.



middotnbspGood written and spoken English and good PC Knowledge.



middotnbspDemonstrated commitment to HSE excellence.
