Role





To lead projects on behalf of this design and project management consultancy. The role will be to manage major projects from inception to completion as the lead manager and client representative. Project will be major project in the build sector – including hotels resorts and mixed use developments





Essential Requirements







·



Qualified to at least Degree Level ideally in Architecture or other relevant qualification







·



Stable track record with multidisciplinary design consultants or project management consultants







·



Major project experience in the build sector







·



Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion







·



Able to work in a fast track high pressured environment whilst maintaining excellent client relationships





Candidate





The ideal candidate will have started their career as an architect before progressing into design or project management and will now have a successful track record of delivering major projects from inception to completion. A strong preference will be given to previous Middle East experience and Arabic speakers although neither is more...
