middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp The Operations Readiness Advisor will interact with Operations Development personnel external Operating Departments and the new development projects for the successful definition execution and stewardship of Operations Readiness deliverables for each project.



middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp This will ensure readiness for operations in every function prior to introduction of hydrocarbon from each of these new development projects. Oversees execution of the Operations Readiness Deliverables from all of the new Development projects through frequent coordination with Project representatives Operations Development Startup Managers and Discipline Liaisons and the permanent Operating Organization by providing appropriate stewardship toolsreports to identify areas where improvements andor recovery plans are required.



middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Manages the development and use of schedules tracking tools and reporting mechanisms required to allow for the efficient implementation of the various operations readiness deliverables per the implementation plan for each project.



middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Reviews findings and corrective actions required as a result of internal and external readiness andor peer reviews and identifies parties responsible for closure. Ensures effective management of the tracking database to ensure these findings are being effectively managed and closed out when required.



middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Manages the risk assessment of deliverables audit findings readiness reviews findings etc to identify the priorities required for each responsible party. Coordinates actions to address risk mitigation requirements associated with the new technologies that will be used in the expansions projects



middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Bachelor39s degree in Engineering or equivalent with extensive industrial training in Engineering Project Management and work related subjects. Engineering degree and background process facility subsurface



middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp 10 years supervisory and technical experience in gas operations LNG experience desirable including at least 7 years in various project development activities i.e. commissioning and startup.



middotnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Familiar with best practices in operability assurance processes and business planning business controls project management systems environmentalsafety systems
