Mechanical Lead Engineer

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a world leading operator who currently require a Mechanical Lead Engineer to be based in Dubai on a full time basis. The role will have high emphasis on gathering systems so previous experience in this field is essential. Key aspects of the position include

• Lead an independently team of Engineers and Designers within discipline as necessary to perform the work


• Ensure effective communications and coordinations between all mechanical team members and all other disciplines to ensure mutual awareness of requirements and sharing of information and common resources


• Monitor overall productivity and efficiency of the project forecast trends and anticipate potential problems and difficulties meeting milestones or budget within the mechanical discipline coordinate with project team including all disciplines to resolve problems


• Active participation in the various design reviews workshops HAZIDENVID HAZOP 3 D modeling etc. and optimization studies.


• Active participation in Constructability Reviews Value Engineering.


• Ensure the application of correct standards in the design and development of Project deliverables.
