This global leader in education has an immediate need for a Director of Studies for their centre in Saudi Arabia. We need someone with excellent curriculum management experience plus the following



acirc128cent In depth knowledge of EFLESL pedagogy and assessment.

acirc128cent Minimum of eight years senior management level experience in a similar role

acirc128cent Work experience in a tertiaryvocational educational institution

acirc128cent Sound educational philosophy and instructional competence

acirc128cent Ability to communicate well and to apply leadership skills within a shared decisionmaking model.

acirc128cent Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators faculty employees and the general public.

acirc128cent Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with trainees employees and the community.

acirc128cent Ability to define problems collect and analyze data establish facts and draw conclusions.

acirc128cent Proven ability to work in a culturally diverse context especially supervising senior employees of different nationalities.

acirc128cent Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.

acirc128cent Evaluation of the instructional process.

acirc128cent Evaluation of employees performance.

acirc128cent Supervision of facilities.

acirc128cent Responsibility for the safety conduct and general welfare of trainees.

acirc128cent Monitoring of trainees progress.

acirc128cent Selection assignment supervision and evaluation of certificated and classified faculty and employees

acirc128cent Development and implementation of institute restructuring programs consensus and faculty building models interdisciplinary faculty and shared decision making.

acirc128cent Development and management of sound fiscal practices

acirc128cent Research and maintain current knowledge of local laws policies and procedures.
