Your new position

In order to facilitate the development of the Industrial Sector in the UAE Tebodin is looking for Director Industrial Buildings to be based in the Abu Dhabi Office with experience in acquiring engineering and management of development projects in the Industrial Sector.

Responsible for acquisition sales project planning budgeting contracting strategy execution and evaluation of development projects the Director Industrial Buildings requires a handson and flexible approach to ensure the clientsrsquo expectations and needs are met. Building and managing teams and ensuring quality control throughout organization and its project are central to this position. The industrial projects can be from any manufacturing business line and a broad interest and flexibility is a prerequisite.

• Manage clients and project team expectations


• Manage project risks


• Outline scope goals deliverables required resources budget and schedules


• Set out project and contracting strategies


• Are accountable for acquisition sales quality progress and results for projects in the Industrial Business Sector


• Act as a mediator between the Industrial Buildings team and relevant stakeholders externally as well as internally
  
  
  

  For this position we ask for a person with Masters in the relevant field with at least 10 years of proven management experience in the Industrial Building Sector. Experience within the Gulf region as well as previous experience in working with FDIS is an advantage.
