Job Description



⺠Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards applicable laws and regulations assist the HoS in establishingupdating section policies and procedures



⺠Assist the HoS in the evaluation of proposals submitted by subconsultants during RFPs issued by pace in order to recommend subconsultants to ownersclients



⺠Consult the HoS for gaining any technical guidance as and when required



⺠Assist on site structural engineers by responding to technical queries which they raise assist site staff in verifying sample materials submitted by contractors as and when required to ensure compliance against ministerial requirements and specifications



⺠Attend site meetings e.g. progress meetings coordination and specially called meetings etc. as and when required



⺠Remain abreast on changes in local ministerial requirements regarding structural systems



⺠Protect the confidentiality of all designs within the section at all time

âºHandling projects of storm water drainage flood water protection and underground water protection



âºManaging all studies design work and tender documents of similar projects



âºInitiate scope of work to supportive studies such as hydraulic analysis land surveying laboratory tests geological survey



âºCoordinate between other engineering disciplines related to scope of work
