Sous Chef

Talented and experienced Sous Chef with energy and passion for food needed for a High End Restaurant in Dubai. As a Sous Chef you will prepare food using a variety of cooking methods working as part of the kitchen team. You will report to the Head Chef who runs the entire kitchen.

You will have experience in a professional kitchen running your own section. The highest standards of health and safety including food safety practices are essential.

A strong background in food preparation

Experience working with international cuisine

Effective planning and organisational skills ordering stock control and waste management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Enjoy working with and contributing to the team

Willingness to work a variable shift pattern

Ability to maintain a good practical knowledge of menus especially signature dishes
