I am working with a major International Contractor with an impeccable reputation for delivering on a hugely diverse array of large complex projects throughout the Middle East and Europe. They have had a presence in Saudi Arabia for many years now and they have worked well to develop their robustly high calibre reputation for the projects they have already delivered there.



They are currently in need of a Project Manager ideally with KSA experience to join their team Saudi Arabia specifically for their Building projects in the region. They have won a vast amount of work in the region and their pipeline construction works will mean excellent career progression and longevity of employment. This pipeline will include vast building developments incorporating Villas Schools Retail Malls etc. and these developments will be worth many Billion SAR each. This is an excellent opportunity for exposure on prestigious projects with an excellent and well placed contractor.



As Project Manager you will be expected to have been responsible for delivering sections of mega build projects that are valued at a minimum of US 300 Million and on projects in the Middle East. It is necessary that you have a blue chip contractors background and longevity of employment.



Prerequisites for the position include



12 years experience in the role of Project Manager of above

Building contracting background ideally on minimum US 300m projects

Degree qualified

Middle East experience

A stable background
