As part of a

structured development strategy

our client are looking

for the Architects

of the highest calibre to join

a number of their offices across Asia and the Middle East. This has lead to a number of opportunities to join their established team out of the Dubai office

where they are actively looking

for talented Design Director for their Architecture Division.

For this role you will be expected to

Finalize the client brief for approval and sign off.

Coordinate with Architects regarding design proposal from the client.

Liaise with the client to develop a detailed project brief.

Revise the design based on input from the client.

Prepare sketch designs including perspectives material selections etc.

Visit the site to collect data relevant to the design process.

Coordinate with project management team details of the project.



Visit site to ensure compliance with the design specifications

The ideal candidate for this position has

Have a number of years experience working with a Architecture role for a leading architecture practice for over 6 years.



Have extensive experience in the architecture market working on hotelcommercial projects for leading international firms.

Must have high rise experience.

Preferably will have Gulf experience.



Have good hands on technical skills with various design programs.

Have a good network of contacts among the local client base.

Have excellent leadership abilities with the ability to lead teams on more than one project simultaneously.

Be able to assist in both the Business Development and Marketing for the branch.

Be able to work within a client facing role with good presentation skills.

Be based in Dubai or able to relocate.
