Job descriptionAbout the JobReporting to the Senior Managing Director the Regional GM's main accountabilities includeFull functional responsibility for all business activities relating to Rental Used operations across the region.Responsibilities for all regional activities relating to Rental Leasing Used operations in UAE KSA Oman Qatar and any other countries that business is expanding in the future.To be the main operational contact with the Principals namely Volvo Rents Volvo Remarketing plus any other future companies related to rental leasing or used business.To liaise closely with all FAMCO Country Heads to ensure the full delivery of annual business plans.To build market intelligence and develop implement marketing plans to exploit every opportunity to gain market share increase revenues and profitability of Rental Leasing Used operations in all regions.To lead control and motivate the Rental Leasing Used business in the region to ensure as a minimum the achievement of budgeted RentsSales gross margins and net contribution for Rental Units and Used Business.To achieve and maintain standards at all locations under his control. To achieve CSI targets at all locations.To effectively control costs and safeguard the assets and interests of the Company for the benefit of the staff the Company's reputation and the shareholders.About YouThe successful candidate will haveB.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or 4 years degree in business Administration.10 years of experience in Sales Marketing with minimum 3 years in senior management level.Knowledge of safety and risk management regulationsAn understanding of basic accountingMust have a professional demeanourFull knowledge of MS Office products especially Word Excel Outlook and PowerPointStrong leadership planning organizing team player target oriented analytical ability communication skills market awareness strategic planning and selling skills.Competent in understanding modern machinery construction methods and features and to link features with the benefits.Competent in an more...
