The successful candidate will work with us in an air conditioned warehouse in Jebel Ali Free Zone. About youThe successful candidate will be responsible for • Blasting and painting of control valves actuators components and record in the paint log• Control the curing oven for the drying of the painted valves and components • Mask the parts for painting and blasting • Operate Clean and maintain the blast and paint equipments accessories and the rooms• Perform the paint inspection and record the same• Participate in the new paint system developments and the project needs• Coordinate with the assembly and stores leader on the blastpaint requirements• Prompt the assembly and store leader Kanban when the paint load drops• Follow procedures as per QA Manual• Ensure paint applied is in accordance to the job card prior to final assembly• Capable of supervise the other painters and contract people involved in masking and blastingAbout Business Unit – Fisher ValveEmerson Process Management delivers timetested and innovative solutions designed to help customers reduce plant maintenance cost reduce capital requirements reduce cost of regulatory compliance and increase process availability.
