The role oversees all PJMOMS activities and ensures Order and Execution Quality and Integrity providing support on daily activities process relevant queries etc.. This person also ensures all necessary trainings are completed as per the needs.Essential Responsibilities

Acts as a Single Point of Contact for all Order Management OM Teams in EAGM Region for all functional questions



Onboard new PJM'sOMS's providing all introductory information and assistance on OM processes and procedures



Creates and facilitates refresher training programs to regional OM teams as well as respective stakeholders within the organization



Develops training content and materials in support of current training courses ongoing refreshers



Works closely with EAGM Order Operations Process Leader to understand areas that require focus and improvement by analyzing the performance of Order Operations metrics.



Supports regions to maintain a healthy backlog



Acts a supervisor for building OM expertise through providing guidancecoaching on complex projects



Develops maintains and structures Standard Operating Procedures SOP for regional OM Teams



Captures Learn to Excel opportunities for enabling Preventive Actions following the Post Mortems



Identifies blind spots in the OM process which create issues develops and applies new solutions where established methods and procedures are inapplicable or are unavailable



Represents EAGM in global initiativesQualificationsRequirements

Bachelor degree



Minimum 5 years experience in project management or order management.



Fluent English

Ability to use Systems and work in a matrix environment



Perfect understanding of the Sales Operation processes



Proficient at understanding how the Opportunity Management Quote Creation processes works as well as understanding how the Order Entry and approval processes work through Commercial and Sales Operations Tools
