Job Summary The regional Network Design and Optimization Sales team is working across the RMEA Region Middle East region with all major customers with the responsibility to drive sales within the area of Mobile Broadband and Network Design and Optimization support Key Account Managers in presales activities and demonstrate thought leadership towards our customers. The team is working with consultative engagements in order to identify sales opportunities show Ericsson´s performance leadership and improve customer relationships. One of Ericsson´s key strategies is to provide the best quality networks to our customers as a differentiator for why they should choose Ericsson. In this role you will be on top of implementing this strategy and driving network performance excellence with our customers. You will be heavily interacting with customers driving consultative engagements acting as a bridge between our KAMs customers and Product Areas and demonstrating thought leadership. Key Responsibilities and Tasks · Drive consultative engagements related to MBB performance with our major customers in the region and identify sales opportunities in the area of Mobile Broadband MBB products features and Network Design Optimization NDO services · Through a consultative approach proactively work with our major customers to ensure performance leadership among Ericsson´s customers · Continuously develop the engagement methodologies with value argumentation business case development processes tools etc · Demonstrate and drive thought leadership around MBB and network performance · Analyze network performance draw conclusions about network quality bottlenecks define strategic areas of improvements related to network qualityperformance and quantify financial impacts of improvements by business case modeling · Build up internal expertise within the Engagement Practice and Operations organizations in the area of network performance · Be on top of industry trends and changes in the eco system related to MBB Smartphones network performancequality Internal External Contacts · Clevel VP level Mid Management at customer · KAMs EP within RMEA Region · CD RAN Managers and Solution Architects · PA Radio PA Network Design Optimization in Stockholm · Internal Marketing Location Travel The location of the position is in Bahrain.
