Job Description

To ensure guest laundry and linen is processed to the highest quality and cleanliness at all times in accordance with St. Regis standards policies and procedures.

The Laundry Supervisor directly reports to the Laundry Manager.

Promote team work within the department and ensure strong interdepartmental relationships

Planning and scheduling of all colleagues

Communication with suppliers

Handle guest concerns and follow up on action required

To ensure guest laundry and linen is processed to the highest quality and cleanliness at all times in accordance with St. Regis standards policies and procedures.
