KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES

Troubleshoot test assemble disassemble and perform visual inspectionof electromechanical assemblies. Review procedures for assemblydisassembly and test verification accuracy. Configure test stations andsystems. Analyze and interpret data from environmental tests andtroubleshoot equipment problems. Analytical ability to find solutionsto difficult technical problems. Assist in the setup of experimentsand the recording of experimental data in collaboration with Engineeringand Reliability groups. Test and evaluate the performance and ifrequired repair general purpose test equipment. Provide supervisionmentorship and leadership of technicians in the absence of thesupervisormanager. Maintain equipment records and filing systems aspart of quality control and assurance programs. Inspection anddisposition of parts and equipment. Provide coaching for otherTechnicians. Assist in the preparation development and enhancement ofmaintenance procedural documentation. Evaluate maintenance processes forpotential improvements in quality reliability turnaround times andcosts. Compliance with HSampE policies and procedures.





ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS

Technical diploma or Associates degree in Electrical or Mechanicalfield. Competent in fluid power technology ACDC circuits andelectromechanical devices. 7 years maintenance related experience inelectromechanical function or minimum 7 years relevant industrial

Proficient to read and interpret blueprints wiring diagrams assemblyprints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenancepractices. Proficient in the use of multimeters megohmmeters hipottesters another basic instruments. Expert level of analytical abilityto find solutions to complex technical problems. Expert skills insoldering and assembling of electromechanical devices. Demonstratesystematic approach to troubleshooting. Excellent computer skills.
