SALES amp MARKETING MANAGER Leading Construction and Engineering Group FLUENT ARABIC

Our client is a leading Construction and Engineering group with a very strong reputation in Saudi Arabia and the UAE and other regions in the Middle East.



We are looking for an experienced Sales amp Marketing Manager to be based at their head office in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.



JOB OVERVIEW



To be responsible for all sales marketing and business development activities in Saudi Arabia to get a more structured approach to the market to ensure a larger market share.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



•Establish and Develop relationships with the most prestigious clients of the company.

•Develop and implement sales plans promotional activities by organizing various events seminars.

•Identify new business opportunities especially with ARAMCO and Ministry of

Health Ministry of Higher education Ministry of transportation Ministry of interior

Ministry of defence National Guard SEC etc

•Visit contractors and consultants on a regular basis to promote our product specification.

•Work on specifications and approvals to ensure preference for company’s product.

•Submit ongoing reports of the trends and requirements of different clients.

•Collect analyse market demand for our product submit reports of prospective projects on construction sector.

•Perform market research and competitor analysis collecting customer feedback

•Review sales performance comparing with sales forecasts analysing variances making recommendations to meetexceed targets.

•Submit reports to top management on a weekly basis providing full details of visits sales opportunities etc.



COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS



•Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance

•As a guideline between 1214k SAR per month 3744k USD per annum total package

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS



•Fluent English Arabic communication skills Ability to Speak Read and Write

•Highly motivated positive committed and goaloriented

•Understands the project business cycle between client contractor and consultant and how to influence decision makers.

•Engineering amp Construction background preferred

•Saudi nationals very welcome and all Arabic nationals
