Human Resources Director Arabic Speaker
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Manage the HR team in day to day operation people process data accuracy EHS policy
Setup administration processes rules ensure that Manage the Administration team and in particular Iqama process for nonSaudi employees
Lead the budget process for the scope
Recruit direct reports and provide support for them to deliver
Manage and control costs for HR and Administration
Build relationship with Company HRD and Affiliates in the country region
Cross functionally liaise with relevant stakeholders on various aspects pertaining to the HR scope
Exchange best practice with other HR teamsstaff across the company and build effective network
Measurement Key Performance Indicators
Evidence of good performance related to key tasks and responsibility mentioned above use to measure success in the role
Recruitment rampup according to plan respecting the minimum ratio for Saudi nationals
Training of employees for Transfer of Technology according to plan
Timely fulfill people management annual cycle of relevant communities
Implementation of high quality and cost effectiveness collective development plan for the community
Recruitment retention of high performers and key position
Adherence to the budget headcount and cost
Further objectives targets and performance measurements are defined on a yearly basis.
Skills
Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR management or hold management position in the relevant function
HR working experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
