Assistant to Managing Director
. Mission
Responsibilities
Conducting all business activities according to Alstom's Code of Ethics
Acting according to the relevant environment health safety rules
Working according to processes and rules defined in the Management System
Supports and manages the day to day activities of the Director
Maintenance of the Director's diary
Organizes meetings and conferences
Handles selfcorrespondence and emails
Maintain Time Sheets for self Managing Director and extended team
Coordinates with different departments
General administrative tasks and functions when necessary for extended team
Preparation of minutes of meetings and reports
Preparation of presentations
Additional Tasks Responsibilities
Visa applications and organization of all travel documents for Director and his team
Collection and preparation of documentation and organization for the procurement of visas
General reservations including hotel and car rentals
Documentation and booking of business travel utilizing the SAP and Travel booking system.
