This is a one off opportunity for an independent skilled AZ accountant. You will be reporting to the GM but working independently. This is a standalone position that will provide you the flexibility autonomy and exposure to multiple assets aviationmarineproperty.You will be managing complete accountancy process for the asset base consisting of Aviation Marine and Residential. Main responsibilities will includeAnnual Budgeting forecasting reportingMonthly management reportingAsset analysis including financial modelingAccounts payablereceivableCashflow managementAd hoc projects
