Western Construction Manager – Saudi Arabia – Hospitalsand Residential





Protec are resourcing for a European contractor who has over 20 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia. They are soon to start a mega medical city project in the KSA.





This project is made up of 3 hospitals 7 adjoining buildings medical centres medical college buildings a medical library a building of academic affairs with housing complexes mosques sports ground utility buildings and workshops etc.





The Construction Manager will be responsible to the No1 Project Director for this £2bn project.





You will be responsible for





Organising and managing the Construction department





Supervision of the Site management activities





Coordination of the departments operation





Planning to achieve progress quality and cost efficiency





Chair meetings with subcontractors to ensure validity of contractual obligations





Liaison with the Client relating to issues
