Assistant Manager Corporate Finance

Our Client is one of the Key developers in the Middle East and North Africa region who has developed an impressive portfolio of Residential Communities Retail Commercial and Hospitality projects. An exciting opportunity has risen to join the team as Assistant Manager Corporate Finance.





You will be responsible for assisting the senior manager implementing corporate funding strategies evaluating the companyrsquos financial structure and identifying various options and sources of capital. You will periodically monitor and review coverage ratios and various KPIrsquos and issue regular reports for the Executive boards together with monitoring debt compliance information requirements. Additionally you will prepare and update overall management of the 5 year corporate business plan and financial projects review investment proposals and monitor business plan and forecast deviations to executive management. You will work closely with investor relations creating presentations to analysts brokers and shareholders.





Candidates should be educated with a Degree in Finance Commerce Economics or Management and possess a professional financial qualification CMA CFA CPA or MBA is preferred. You should have 4 years of experience in corporate finance fundraising or FPamp A within the real estate industry in the MENA region.
