Sales Executive Qatar
Job Summary
The candidate must maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts and devote time in developing relationships in order to acquire new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new potential customers including cold calling and development of leads through referral channels to generate appointments and establish relationships. This includes collecting appropriate account information and identifying appropriate contacts at each prospect.
Determine client advertising campaign requirements by utilizing product or service knowledge marketing research media capabilities and audience characteristics whenever available
Evaluate adjust and redirect advertising campaigns whenever possible by studying and analyzing sales results demographics customer satisfaction surveys and other market research information if any
Know all the products he is selling and the related cost
Ensure to treat as priority all problems if any resulting from the dysfunction of a running campaign in order to keep his clients’ satisfaction amp confidence high
Respond to customer needs and ensure that no pending issues are unresolved
Maintain all sales resources and databases such that they are kept up to date and accurate
Prepare on a daily basis a brief and concise report on all daily activities for submission to the Sales Manager
Maintain client confidence and protect advertising operations by keeping information confidential
Promptly complete proposals and sales activities closing sales opportunities quickly and efficiently and completing necessary paperwork and implementation steps to set projects in motion successfully.
Assist on tasks and other project as requested.
المهارات
Bachelors Degree is required in a technical or liberal arts discipline. Two years sales experience preferably in Media Advertising
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
Ability to work both independently and as a team player and to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
Computer skills including MSOffice Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook
A combination of training education and experience that is equivalent to one of the employment standards listed above commensurate the job requirements
