  Job Summary

  
  

  
  

  
  

  Consult with clients on integrating Risk Based Inspection program and strategies for fixedstatic equipment using an APM Asset Performance Management System to track the effectiveness of the RBI recommendations over time. This will include installation setup and training of Meridium's APM RBI solutions. You will consult with Meridium clients on implementing RBI initiatives and using industryproven methodologies to develop effective vision and inspection strategies.

  • Assist clients in setting the vision and direction and strategies for the RBI program.
  
  
  • The RBI Program is part of the Meridium Mechanical Integrity work process which also includes Inspection Management and Thickness Monitoring Systems which are part of the scope of work.
  
  
  • Satisfy a customer's maintenance and inspection planning requirements by applying practical knowledge of how to implement Inspection Plans Maintenance Items and Task Lists.
  
  
  • Provide RBI facilitation.
  
  
  • Develop and perform training on Meridium products.
    
    
    

    Qualifications

    
    

    
    
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering Mechanical Metallurgical or equivalent is a must.
    
    
    • 510 years' experience of facilitating RBI content from client Subject Matter Experts.
    
    
    • EngineeringField experience in Inspection is also a plus.
    
    
    • Have experience with of one or more production processes in the refining petrochemical metals industries and is confident to venture into other processes which he has not necessarily have direct experience of.
    
    
    • A minimum of 5 years fixed equipment engineering and plant maintenance experience in at least one of the petroleum petrochemical utilities or other manufacturing industries
    
    
    • Inspection Planning development and project management experience
    
    
    • Thorough knowledge of Risk Based Inspection methodology. Plus for demonstrated knowledge and experience using other reliability methodologies like RCA RCM and reliability statistics.
    
    
    • Preferably have experience working on database system such as SQL Server andor Oracle.
    
    
    • ImplementationUtilization of Various Softwares CMMS RBI Software Inspection Software is another additional advantage
    
    
    • Experience with developing and performing training on software systems.
    
    
    • Engineering Post GraduationMaster Degree is a plus.
    
    
    • CMRP CRE or API certifications is a plus and equivalent certification can be considered.
    
    
    • Ability to write requirementsspecifications.
    
    
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    
    
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50 75.
    
    
    • Ability to write and speak English fluently Arabic Speaker is a plus.
