Design amp build contracting company looking to hire a midlevel architect 46 years experience. Due to increase work load we are looking to hire an architectinterior designer to assist the head designer in developing design schemes with the assistance of a junior architect. In addition to preparing complete tender documents. The position will also involve site inspections to ensure contractors are executing works as per the design. Required excellent communication skills good design portfolio restaurants offices residential preferences to those with FB experience. committed and passionate about hisher work interested in gaining hands on experience in design amp execution of high end amp flagship outlets. MUST have min 2years local experience with good understanding of local building codes MUST be self driven and capable of driving the team without supervision. MUST have knowledge of all MEP HVAC and FFS designs for coordination MUST have drivers license This is a great opportunity to join a growing team of professionals in a boutique contracting company dealing with high profile clients and overseeing the project from design to execution.
