Contracts Administrator

• Monitor Supervise and Ensure the compliance with the construction and other related contracts of the project.



• Prepare and handle all contractual correspondence and other legal documents related to the project execution and the construction contract.



• Prepare specific contracts and legal documents with third parties.



• Monitor and identify all contractual and related matters occurring at project level.



• Review proposals from supplierssubcontractors and prepare routine responses for proposals bids and contract modifications.



• Ensure use and compliance of contract templates policies and procedures throughout the company.



• Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an International Construction Company.



• Experience in Contract Administration as a main contractor for construction projects.



• Familiar with FAR regulations.



• Knowledge of operations services and activities of lease negotiations and contract compliance.



• Good experience in claims process.



• Fluent in the English language.



• Excellent oral and written communication skills negotiation decision making problem solving social diplomatic and loyal.
