My client is a wellestablished national bank based in the middleeast who is presently seeking to appoint an Area Manager for Financial Institutions to join their head office in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing relationships with financial institutions within assigned countries in line with the banks business strategy.

You will be responsible for leading amp managing business growth and achievement of the divisions assigned targets within acceptable risk frameworks. You will be tasked with growing the client list and identifying new opportunities in the bankrsquos target markets assessing and monitoring market trends providing weekly reports and maximising client relationship profitability and ensuring good asset quality.

To be considered for the role you must have a university degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification. Candidate must have between 7 yearsrsquo experience in banking or finance preferable within an international bank. The successful candidate will also have product knowledge in a minimum of three of the following core business area international banking financial institutions trade finance treasury capital markets project finance amp credit risk. Candidates with GCC experience and Arabic language skills are preferred but not compulsory. nbsp
