Technical Sales Engineer (electrical and solar Energy scope) •Graduated in Electrical Engineering •2-5 years experience in this field •Car License Core responsibilities: •Provide good & technical solutions for customer needs (analysis of customer’s current and projected energy consumption and financial return on investment). •Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for Electrical & solar installation works. •Participate and Provide technical field supervision and support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring. •Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV), Solar thermal generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency •Obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by calling potential customers •Designing and submits price offer by referring to price lists •Carries out after sales services to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
