Sales Manager
1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. 2. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. 3. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project. 4. Plan, develop and evaluate programs and projects. 5. Develop measurable project goals and objectives, and monitor progress toward achievement. 6. Assist with the implementation of programs and projects. 7. Follow up new business opportunities 8. Research and build relationships with new clients. 9. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. 10. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our vision and goals and how it is organized, including knowledge of every program area. 11. Research and developing new services and methods, setting priorities and resolving problems. 12. Maintain continuity of work operations; by documenting and communicating necessary actions to management. 13. Work in conjunction with project staff. 14. Coordinating project activities. 15. Prepare agendas for meetings, document key decisions and collaborate with team members to develop project collateral. 16. Develop all needed marketing materials such as: Sales Presentations, Promotional Materials, and Flyers. 17. Responsible for Content form in any aspect of the company. 18. Responsible for the business and market research. 19. Responsible for all marketing activities to achieve the company goals. 20. Work with colleagues to meet customer needs. 21. Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff. 22. Submit Monthly reports about evaluating the team members
