HR Specialist
A Multinational company located in Maadi is hiring the following position HR Specialist Tasks & Responsibilities: ------------------------------------- -Administer recruitment strategies including various recruitment channels to meet current or anticipated staff needs -Develop and conduct core competency interviews and suggest shortlisted candidates to next level interview -Follow up with shortlisted candidates for further interviews -Administer on-boarding & off-boarding process including related paperwork - Develop and conduct newly hired orientation and induction program - Develop and maintain physical and electronic employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions - Conduct various HR Reports & reporting requirements (Organizational chart, employee database, leaves) - Update HR Systems - Develop and maintain physical and electronic employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions Requirements: --------------------- -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field from a reputable university -1-3 years of experience in HR field - Good oral & written communication If you meet the mentioned requirements, please send your resume to the following email, mentioning HR Specialist in the subject field : reham.h.kamel@gmail.com
