F&B Manager (Relocation to Bahrain)

We are looking for a professional food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Our client, an international group of companies with luxury properties based in Bahrain, is looking for an enthusiastic F&B Manager to join their established team. Location: Kingdom of Bahrain About employer: It is an international group of companies with splendid properties as 5 * hotels, restaurants, range bars, executive lounges, health clubs, wellness SPAS and nightclubs. Working conditions: • Work and residence permit are paid by employer • Family status • Official salary – 2000-2600 USD • Accommodation and transportation • Meals on duty • 30 days’ vacation, air tickets every year • Medical insurance • End of service benefits Responsibilities: • Be responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience • To forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance • To maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement • Ensure smooth running of service maintenance • Monitor the compliance with company standards, quality of work and customer service Requirements: • Extensive background in F&B operations • 5-10 years Gulf and Europe Experience • Excellent communication skills • Fluent English&Arabic • Good organizational skills and strong leadership skills • Technically proficient in computer software application • Hotel Management Graduate with experience in star Hotels • Experience working as a Manager minimum 3 years WHO ARE WE?
