Merchandising Manager

1) Prepares and implements plans to ensure non out of stock situations in the market at large, especially at hypermarkets and the like, in addition to outlets where the company has contracted shelf allotments. 2) Works closely with marketing staff to plan and direct advertising and promotional plans in targeted markets. 3) Recommends merchandising tools and techniques and highlights sales opportunities. 4) Coordinates activities for promotional campaigns such as POS, stands and brochures ….. etc. 5) Enhances relationship with the management of key accounts and wholesalers, regularly visits sales regions to makes sure that company products are properly displayed and distributed. 6) Creates team spirit in the merchandising activities, coaches and trains merchandisers. 7) Monitors competitors’ activities including promotion programs, competitive prices – retail and wholesale, new competitive products. 8) Prepares necessary periodic reports on market feedback. 9) Discusses challenges, and works out solutions with corresponding recommended action. 10) The job location will be in Mohandesen
