SharePoint IT Systems Analyst Kuwait
The Global Services Group of Leidos has an opening for a SharePoint IT Systems Analyst in Kuwait City Kuwait.
JOB SUMMARY
The IT systems Analyst will be a key part of the IT team supporting the G2 Army MI Enterprise contract at the U.S. Office of Military Cooperation – Kuwait OMC‐K. Primary duty location is U.S. offices within the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense KMoD facility in Kuwait City Kuwait. Primary focus of the position is on the design configuration operation and maintenance of a SharePoint environment including educating the customer in the utilization of OOTB SharePoint as well as SharePoint designer in support of Knowledge Management requirements. Additionally position will support systems administration tasks on physical amp virtual servers storage devices and network devices as well as provide Tier I and II troubleshooting in support of Service Desk functions as needed. The successful candidate will possess a strong customer service focus teamoriented attitude and impeccable ethics. Candidate should be comfortable and conversant in all assigned topics including briefing senior military leadership. Valid SECRET clearance required at time of hire active TSSCI preferred. Must be DoD 8570 IAT Level II certified at time of hire.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Design configure administer and maintain SharePoint servers Web Front End Application Database and any development or staging environments as well as build and implement custom SharePoint pages portals dashboards and workflows.
•Provide Knowledge Management expertise to customers in support of information flow to and from staff components through SharePoint as well as informal training to government representatives and teammates on OOTB SharePoint operation maintenance utilization and processes
•Design evaluate document assess and implement changes to complex SharePoint 2010 farms.
•Troubleshoot problems research and evaluate fixes as they relate to the client side of SharePoint.
•Assist the Sr Systems Admin as needed with operations and maintenance of physical and virtual servers storage area networks SANs and network devices across multiple domains. Should be comfortable with VMwareESXi 4.0 or higher NetApp storage equipment SANs andor FlexPods and Cisco LAN equipment.
•Document system and network configurations and propose defend and implement system changes thru Configuration Control Boards CCB.
•Maintain security patches IAVAs STIGS updates and backups for SharePoint servers and desktop systems.
•Execute basic Information Assurance tasks and assist SysAd with Certification amp Accreditation efforts.
•Assist as needed with Tier I and Tier II troubleshooting on desktop systems software MS Office Java etc printer issues and servernetwork related issues.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related specialized experience OR an Associate's degree with 7 years of specialized experience that includes a working knowledge of SharePoint designer InfoPath and SharePoint workflows and experience with storage network and server technologies related to SharePoint.
•One of the following IA Baseline Certifications Securityce SSCP or GSEC.
•Computing Environment Certification any MCTSMCPMCITPMCSA certification related to SharePoint such as Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Admin Configuring Microsoft SharePoint 2010 andor SharePoint Admin 2010.
•Currently possess an active SECRET security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•One of the following certifications MCSA Server 2012 MCSE SharePoint MCSD SharePoint Applications.
•Experience in programmingdeveloping with HTML5 with Javascript and CSS3 XSLT XML or ASP.NET.
•Active TSSCI security clearance.

•Work is 12‐hours per day 5 days per week Sunday – Thursday and is subject to Kuwaiti Labor Law.
•Professional customerfocused attitude impeccable teamwork and ethics a must.
•Position is on‐call 24x7 including weekends and holidays.
