Our client is one of the leading Construction Company and looking for a Planning Engineer to work in Riyadh.

Job Responsibilities



nbsp

8226 nbsp nbspDeveloping the most suitable sequence of operations for construction projects in addition to specifying the timing of the contract

8226 nbsp nbspPlanning and overseeing the entire program of work and anticipate contract's demands in terms of labor materials equipment and technical requirements

8226 nbsp nbspMonitoring and keeping track of work progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work activities

8226 nbsp nbspPresenting work schedules with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams and utilizing special planning computer software such as Microsoft Project

8226 nbsp nbspContributing in preparing project budgets by anticipating required resources and technical requirements

8226 nbsp nbspAnalyzing and studying current project status and provide necessary corrective recommendations and actions to ensure that the project is on track

8226 nbsp nbspConducting site visits on regular basis and collecting necessary data as required to study project progress and work schedule completion

Skills

nbsp

nbsp

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University


• Minimum 10 years demonstrable experience in planning of large scale projects.


• Experience of Primavera P6 P7


• nbspMiddle Eastern experience working on infrastructure projects roads bridges tunnels and rail.
