Our client is a leading Joint Stock company in Saudi they offer wide ranging investment services for individuals and corporate. In 2014 their capital was over SAR 800000 million. They are currently looking for a Head Corporate Communications.

Duties amp Responsibilities

• Protect the company8217s brand image and reputation by making sure that all communications with any external party are in line with the brand guidelines


• Understand exactly what the business units are offering in order to be able to produce marketing and PR activities that help them in achieving their targets. These activities includes press releases marketing campaigns materials etc


• Maintain good relations with all media in order to arrange for our presence in the prime locations within the media and get all our news covered


• Deal and communicate with communication agency to help in developing the corporate communications activities


• Arrange PR activities for execution in order to promote the company8217s talent which will positively affect the brand and image. This includes arranging for interviews appearance in the press and in conferences


• Search and evaluate reputable conferences and events for sponsoring these events are either related ro investment or industry that the company is interested in


• Develop and promote internal communications inline with the guidelines in order to keep all staff at all levels aware of all activities which is conducted through the intranet and other related materials


• Conduct marketing research for clients competition and markets in order to enable the company to perform better


• Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful standards. Uphold safeguard and promote the company8217s values and philosophy particularly ethics integrity and corporate responsibility as references in Company8217s Code of Conduct


• Understand follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business including the Company8217s Compliance and Health and Safety policies


• Maintain the company8217s internal control standards including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any relevant points raised by external regulators

  Qualifications amp Experience
  

  
  
  • BS or MBA degree in Marketing or Public Relations
  
  
  • 8 to 10 years of experiences in sales marketing and public relations function
  
  
  • 5 years experience as executive head of a marketing and nbsppublic relations in marketingPR role
  
  
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  
  
  • Good leadership skills
  
  
  • Excellent communication skills
  
  
  • Knowledge of Financial Investment Products and Services
  
  
  • CMA Operational and Regulations Knowledge
