Housekeeping Supervisor

The Role

Well versed with 45 star housekeeping protocol procedures

Good knowledge of Housekeeping quality control

Knowledge of overall hotel operation

Assign HK attendants for the respective tasks as per hotel standards

Training and motivating HK staff in order to follow hotel standards

Handle any inquiriescomplaints regarding Housekeeping matters

Coordinating with other departments regarding checkincheckout special requests from guests etc.

Maintaining accurate HK stocks and inventory

Requirements

Min. 2 years experience as a HK Supervisor

Diploma in hotel management will be an advantage

Fluent in English

Able to handle a diverse team of HK attendants

Presentable and professional

Attention to detail

Excellent leadership skills

Flexible with work timingsshifts
