The Role

The role is established within the Technology Department the encumbent will be responsible for Implementing and sustaining TL 9000 amp other quality Management standards for Etisalat Technology Department performing internal audit documentation and training.



Duties amp Responsibilities

Defining the quality measurements in line with TL9000 and other Quality Management standards.

Carry out benchmarking of TL 9000 measurements.

Define and document processes in line with TL 9000 Quality Management system and other Quality Management standards.

Carry out compliance audits.

Carry out analysis of performance and submit recommendations for Quality improvements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in related field.

Minimum 5 years experience in implementing TL 9000 and other Quality Management standards for the Telecom industry.

Certified Auditor in TL 9000.
