Public Relations Manager



Public Relations Manager will perform the following duties

To act as an advisor to management by keeping track of public attitudes and making the General Manager aware of the possible consequences of prospective decisions.

2. To develop and execute an annual Media Plan also in cooperation with the Director of Sales under the guidance of General Manager as an integral part of hotel's marketing plan.

3. To prepare and obtain approval of PR budget.

4. To develop and execute innovative PR and publicity programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the hotel its restaurants services and personnel.

5. Programs should address specific needs as outlined in the marketing plan and capitalize on unexpected opportunities as they arise.

6. To ensure that all hotel promotions are in keeping with the groups image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.

7. To maintain professional relationships with media to gain cooperation and respect and earn a reputation as a source of reliable newsworthy information.

8. To produce and distribute media release media kits and other PR related material originating from the hotel.

9. To maintain photograph and slide files on hotel and its personnel.
