AC Technician



To monitor the daily operating parameters of the chillers AHUs TFAs FCUs Exhaust Fans cold rooms fridges and other related units in the property.

To coordinate with the maintenance contractors for the weeklymonthlyquarterlysemiannualannual preventive maintenance of the equipment and ensure the same are recorded.

To attend the various maintenance requests from the guest and the internal customers with utmost quality and promptness.

To maintain the engineering areas neat and clean.

To execute any other task assigned by the Assistant Engineering Manager.

To be a part of and own the multi skilled work culture of hotel.

To conduct the inspection and testing of the fire pumps hydrants sprinklers smoke detectors alarm panel and other related units as and when required.

To coordinate with the maintenance contractors for the weeklymonthlyquarterlysemiannualannual preventive maintenance of the fire safety equipment and ensure the same are recorded.

To be an active member of the emergency response team of the hotel
